Request for Proposal – Café Vendor Search

Emma S. Clark Memorial Library seeks to contract with an experienced vendor to operate the café located within the library.

The Library Café located on the main level of the Library, directly adjacent to the spacious main entrance lobby has a very desirable, well-lit space available for vendor use.  The area is convenient and highly visible to individuals using the Library for browsing or research purposes, as well as for those heading toward the outdoor terrace, the Library’s community room, the beautiful historic 1892 reading room, or the technology lab on the lower level.

Emma S. Clark Memorial Library—located across from the historic Setauket Green—attracts users of all ages from the surrounding local area, as well as students and staff from nearby Stony Brook University and the Setauket Elementary School located next door.  Our Library prides itself on being open more hours than many other libraries in our area – 7 days a week, year-round – with a loyal customer base.
