July 8 (7 pm) – Gentle Yoga

Join yoga teacher Jackie Incorvia for an Introduction to Gentle Yoga class. This class is open to all levels of yoga experience, but will specifically cater to those new to yoga, as we will move at a slower pace. Participants will be introduced to common standing poses, seated poses, and reclined poses, geared towards cultivating strength, flexibility, balance, and relaxation, as well as introduced to breathing techniques and meditation. For participants who have difficulty moving down to sit on the floor, please feel free to use a chair for our seated postures as alternate instruction will be given and options will be made available.
