Tabletop Smiles (Grades 3 – 5)
Wednesday, April 8, 4:00–5:00 p.m. (School Closed)
Join us to make placemats filled with color, creativity, and kindness for people receiving meals from local charities and organizations. Come spread joy – one placemat at a time!

Volunteer at Hobbs Farm (Bethel Hobbs Farm, Centereach) (Grades 3 – 5)
Friday, April 10, 3:00 – 5:00 p.m. (School Closed)
Kids will help with various farm tasks such as weeding beds, planting seeds, and picking produce. Dress for a mess and for the weather! In the event of extreme weather, this program may be rescheduled or cancelled. Please note this program is offsite and parents/caregivers (over the age of 18) must stay with their child at the farm.

Congratulations Cards for Preschool Graduates (Grades 3 – 5)
Wednesday, April 22, 4:30–5:30 p.m. (School Closed)
Celebrate our littlest graduates with creativity! Kids will design bright and cheerful congratulations cards for local preschoolers moving up to kindergarten. It’s a fun way to spread smiles and celebrate big milestones!

Take & Make: SRC Dinosaur Art Project (Grades 3 – 5)
Monday, May 11
Get ready to roar with creativity! Kids will design colorful dinosaurs on canvas, creating awesome dino masterpieces that will help decorate our library for the Summer Reading Challenge. Pick up your art kit starting on Mon., May 11 and return your creative work of art by Tue., May 26. Participants will earn two hours of community service credit. Only one kit per child. Letters to Our Troops (Grades 3 – 5)
Wednesday, May 13, 4:30–5:30 p.m.

Decorated Notebooks for School Supply Drive (Grades 3 – 5)
Tuesday, May 26, 4:30–5:30 p.m.
Get creative for a great cause! Kids will decorate fun, colorful notebooks that will be donated to our school supply drive to help other students start the year off right! Participants will earn one hour of community service credit. Click here to register starting 5/12
